Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

For orders less than 3 pcs, we charge shipping cost from USD25 to USD40 for different countries. We offer free shipping for orders over 3 pcs.

How long will delivery take?

We ship from China to worldwide, the shipping time is about 5-7 days. We mostly use DHL, or EMS to ship orders. You can even get your orders in hands only in 3-5 days by DHL!

Are all your items in stock?

Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund you.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will ship your order out in 24-48 hours and send you tracking number by email to track your order. if the item is out of stock, we will contact you to change order or refund you.

What If You Want To Order A Lot More or Wholesale, OEM?

Our MOQ is 1pc. If you want to make a bulk order, you can contact our sales representatives, we will give you a lower/wholesale price.  The more you order, the cheaper price you can get. We accept both online order and underline order. That is to say, you can tell us what you want to order, and we will ship your order after clear your payment. If you want us to custom make your own design or use your own brand tags, it’s ok, just contact us to send us your info.

How To Drop-Ship With Our Site?

Our site allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers. There are no additional charges. Just add or send us different shipping addresses.We do not include our site’s publicity materials / invoices etc. when we send drop shipping goods, so it protects your reputation as a seller. They will not know the source of your goods, and they will not know the price that you have paid for it.

Will I be charged import or customs duties?

We are based in China. We are a Chinese company happily serving customers all over the world. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported into your country and, in some cases, may be subject to customs or import duties on delivery. Recipients are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Our company has no control over the imposition of these customs or import duties and cannot predict what (if any) duties there will be. However, we usually ship orders by EMS and DHL, by which you may don’t need to pay taxes.

How can I cancel an order?

If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven’t paid, don’t worry, we are not processing your order.
If you have made a mistake in ordering a wrong item and wish to change for a different model, we allow an exchange so long as we haven’t delivered your order yet. So contact us asap once you want to change your order. However, if you have already received the package and want to change it, you could contact us to change the item with you, with the back and forth shipping cost on you.

What is the payment methods?

We accept TT, Bank Transfer, Western Union currently. More payment methods will be accepted soon.

Can I be reimbursed if I haven't received my order?

We will ship your order certainly. But of course we will refund if your order is out of stock.

Can I have an Invoice?

Sure, please contact us for commercial invoice if you need it.

How to use Western Union to pay?

Western Union usually has three payment methods those are: using CASH, CREDIT, or DEBIT CARDS to send money through online,transfer at a Western Union agent location or by your phone. It’s very easy and fast in minutes for sending money online for purchasing.You can visit the website ( www.westernunion.com ) to see the other transfer method that your country support. When finished transaction,the system will give you the MTCN (10 digits) on the site. then send email to us about payment info: MTCN, sender name ( First name, Last Name ), total amount ( USD ) and billing address/ sender country. We will make the shipment to you asap after clear your payment.

Is my credit card information for shopping safe?

Sure we will only charge you for the current order you allow to pay, and your information is safe with our site. We won’t sell, share, trade or rent any of your personal information.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Can I return my order?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in 7 days in its original package with the receipt for a refund or an exchange. If the return is not caused by our error, we charge 20% of the product’s fee during a refund and the shipping cost will not be refunded, or if an exchange is requested, you are obligated to pay shipping costs for the return and replacement.

What about the returning shipping cost?

Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

What if my order is defective when I receive it?

If your product turns out to be a defective one with physical damage within 7 days from the initial receipt date, only because of our mistake, the customer can mail the item back in the original package without any wear and tear for a free replacement. However, you will need to provide photos showing the defect(s) of the product before returning.

What if I have used my item? Can I still return them?

No. We cannot take back used item, as we will not be able to resell them. All items asking for return should be in new condition,including package. Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. Original box must not be defaced or altered in any way.

What is the time limit for returming an order?

You must contact us in 7 days after you receive your order if you want to return. We don’t accept any returning for an order which has been received for over one week.

When will I get my refund?

Exchanges or refunds need to be done after your package has been received by us. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account once refund is finished.
