We ship from China to worldwide, the shipping time is about 5-7 days. We mostly use DHL, or EMS to ship orders. You can even get your orders in hands only in 3-5 days by DHL! Shipping to some island countries, we use Airmail which may takes about 15-30 days. Orders maybe delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, or availability of the product.
We shall ship the items in 1-2 working days once your payment is cleared (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded), and we will send you tracking number in about 2 business days!
Please confirm your shipping address before you pay for it, you’d better leave the phone number for delivery contacting. Please provide a valid email address when you register an account on our website and check emails often after you have purchased your order for any updated information.
1, Returning defective items:
If your product turns out to be a defective one with physical damage within 7 days from the initial receipt date, only because of our mistake, the customer can mail the item back in the original package without any wear and tear for a free replacement. However, you will need to provide photos showing the defect(s) of the product before returning.
2, Returning products you are unsatisfied with:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in 10 days in its original package with the receipt for a refund or an exchange. If the return is not caused by our error, we charge 20% of the product’s fee during a refund and the shipping cost will not be refunded, or if an exchange is requested, you are obligated to pay shipping costs for the return and replacement.
3, No returns on used items. Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. Original box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
4, Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
5, You must contact us in 7 days after you receive your order if you want to return. We don’t accept any returning for an order which has been received for over one week.
6, We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us. For other personal reasons, we will deduct the initial handle cost when we make the refund.
7, If the returning package doesn’t include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
8, Exchanges or refunds need to be done after your package has been received by us. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account once refund is finished.
9, Please allow up to 7 business days to complete your return or exchange.
